Title:- Phlebotomist Location:- Grand Forks, ND Contract:- 13 weeks of job. Shift:- The hours will be as needed. nights, days and pms are all needed throughout a 6 week schedule. every third weekend - 12 hour shifts.
Job Description Summary
The Phlebotomist collects (capillary and venipuncture) blood specimens from patients of all ages, assists patients with non-blood collections and is responsible for specimen integrity through accuracy of patient identification, specimen labelling, collection steps and specimen transport. This position performs occasional point-of-care patient testing such as glucose. The phlebotomist provides exceptional customer service.
